NexGen was founded by me, Sabrina Cohen, a senior operator with over two decades of experience supporting CEOs and global leaders across financial services, investment banking, insurance, and wealth management. After years inside high stakes corporate environments, I saw a consistent pattern: organisations didn’t just need administrative support, they needed strategic operational partnership that could strengthen delivery, create clarity, and elevate performance.
