When matching Executive Partners to live client engagements, we may carry out role‑specific assessments, including strategic competency evaluations, technological proficiency checks, and verification of secure IT hardware/software. For assignments requiring hybrid or onsite presence, additional suitability checks may be included. This approach ensures both our clients and our Executive Partners are positioned for a successful, long-term partnership.

Executive Partner
Our remote first model is built on trust, autonomy, and precision, giving our Partners the flexibility to work from secure home environments while supporting leadership teams at the highest level.
While the majority of our engagements are delivered remotely, some client assignments may require onsite presence or a hybrid working model. Any onsite requirements will always be discussed in advance and form part of the agreed service scope for that engagement.
Executive Partners receive structured, comprehensive on-boarding to ensure they’re fully equipped to deliver excellence with confidence.
Compliance & Screening
To uphold the integrity of our service and protect both clients and Partners, NexGen maintains a professional compliance framework. All Executive Partners sign NexGen’s Non‑Disclosure Agreement, must hold valid right‑to‑work documentation, and complete a DBS check as part of on-boarding. Depending on the engagement, additional screening, or sector‑specific requirements may also be completed. Requirements vary by engagement and sector, and are always communicated in advance as part of the placement process.
