Refund Policy - the basics

At NexGen, we are committed to delivering exceptional executive support with integrity, professionalism, and care. Due to the bespoke nature of our services, we have outlined the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients.

1. Service-Based Refunds

  • All service packages (Essence, Elevate, Legacy, Synergy, Continuum, Concierge) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.

  • If a client chooses to cancel a package before onboarding is complete, a 75% refund may be issued, less an administrative fee as set out in your Service Agreement.

  • Refunds will not be issued for unused time, early termination, or change of mind once services are active.

2. Add-On Services & Bespoke Engagements

  • All sales of AI‑powered services are final and are non refundable. In the event of a technical error or service malfunction, please notify us within 3 days of your monthly subscription payment so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

  • Event planning, travel coordination, and other add-on services are quoted separately and confirmed in writing.

  • Once work has begun, these services are non-refundable unless NexGen is unable to deliver the agreed scope due to internal error.

  • In such cases, a partial refund or service credit may be offered at NexGen’s discretion.

3. Refund Requests

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: sabrina.cohen@nexgeneasupport.com within 72 hours of purchase.

  • NexGen will review each request carefully and respond within 3 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • We encourage open communication and will make every effort to resolve concerns amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, NexGen reserves the right to refer the matter to a third-party mediator or legal advisor.
